I’ve had experience working in several settings within the mental health field from school-based services, inpatient and hospital psychiatric assessment services, substance misuse and EAP style programs, and even equine assisted therapy. Although, I have several interests including Brainspotting, yoga, ATRs, assessment from an attachment-style lens, a person-centered mindset, I offer a wide variety of approaches and flexibility to best meet you where you are, literally as a board certified telemental health provider.
Having received my Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health and M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have a passion for whole body wellness (LIFESTYLE medicine certified) so I bring both a physical and mental health perspective. I can work with individuals, pre-marital couples (PREPARE-ENRICH certified), and families however my ultimate joy is found in working with Black, Indigenous, and persons of color people and children.
